Last week our own John Pettinger, the Owner of Brexis, had the pleasure of speaking with John Williams on WGN Radio’s Wintrust Business Lunch. Being in the transportation industry during this tumultuous time in history has certainly given many companies pause. But John was able to share with WGN’s audience how Brexis is proud to be of service while taking care of both employees and customers.
He mentioned how Brexis employees are seasoned and experienced, providing the best customer service in the industry. During these few months of uncertainty, Brexis has thoroughly cleaned and maintained each and every truck used for deliveries. New procedures and standards have also been put in place to ensure the safety of everyone involved. Our business that has always included handshakes and conversation, is now instead using digital acceptance and smiles from behind the safety of masks. We have been in business for 20 years and we remain open and ready to help however we can.
In the words of host Mr. John Williams: “Let’s not forget the truckers. Let’s not forget the transportation industry. The fact that you do still have food on the grocery shelves…because somebody put it on a truck and they got it there. It is a complex web you and I don’t take the time to think about because we don’t have to.” Let Brexis think about that for you. This is our specialty.
