Twenty years ago my family took a chance. We tried something new. We went out on a limb, and every day since then, we have shown up with a smile and a handshake. We put our customers first and welcomed new employees like family. We each did every job ourselves – over and over and over. We put systems in place, and then through trial and error, we reworked those systems. We met and exceeded safety requirements. We persevered through tough times. We put in the hours, we invested the time, we forged relationships, we worked hard, and now we’ve met a huge milestone.
As we reflect on these past 20 years, we look to the next 20. We will continue to put in the hours, work hard, and build relationships. We will continue to strive to be the best, to foster good employee relationships, and to make each and every job a priority. We will continue to be #BrexisStrong.
